NaturaVelle™ Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services, depending on your location and order value.
Estimated delivery times:
USA, UK, CA: Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days.
AU, NZ: Standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days.
Expedited options may be available at an additional cost and will provide faster delivery estimates at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your order's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipments)
NaturaVelle™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office for potential charges.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Contact@naturavelle.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and packaging. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution according to our Refund Policy.
Lost Packages: If your package tracking indicates it has been lost in transit, please contact us at Contact@naturavelle.com immediately. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will process a refund or replacement according to our Refund Policy.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. NaturaVelle™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
